Is this position based inside retail stores?
Yes. Our team works inside established retail environments, interacting with customers face-to-face, answering questions, and helping them explore the services offered. There is no door-to-door or cold-calling involved.
Is compensation hourly, salary, or performance-based?
Our team members receive a competitive base pay or commissions, depending on which results in higher earnings for the pay period. All roles are W-4, and full compensation details are outlined transparently in the onboarding documents.
What kind of training or support is provided?
We offer ongoing coaching, structured guidance, and day-to-day mentorship from experienced team members. Support continues throughout your time here, helping you develop skills and grow at a comfortable pace.
